This project is a rental property, owned by an existing client.
The drainage, around the house, needed to be improved. The rock beds, around the house, make it easier for the future renters to maintain. The lawn was destroyed by the previous renter. The area under the Spruce tree will not grow grass, easily. The bed will make maintenance easier.
